I have been a registered dietitian (RD) specializing in food hypersensitivity for twenty-five years. My goal is to be a “voice of reason” in the vast amount of misinformation on this topic.
For several years, my focus was histamine intolerance counselling. In May 2020, my practice shifted (see below). However, I continue to support those that suffer by keeping my histamine intolerance resources up-to-date and available without charge.
In May 2020, I developed the FAST (Food Avoidance & Sensitivity Trap) Freedom Program to help food-sensitive clients rediscover the joy of eating and expand their diet. This work has been tremendously fulfilling, and I look forward to many more years helping clients end their restricted diet struggles.
