I wish that I could provide recipes that are good for every client, but everyone has different sensitivities. My goal is to include recipes that are simple and flexible, so you can substitute ingredients that you tolerate. Please post comments with any substitutions that you have tried.
I would appreciate your comments or suggestions. I test each recipe, but what works in my kitchen and tastes good to me, does not necessarily work for everyone.
