In this section, we’ll talk about how to reduce food sensitivities by nurturing an observant-responsive mindset.

Let’s start by summarizing an observant-responsive mindset.  An observant-responsive mindset 100% of the time is not realistic. I am working toward a more observant-responsive mindset, more often. There are still days that I approach life from an impulsive-reactive mindset.
