Introduction

These resources will help you think about the impact of fear and frustration on your life and decide what changes you would like to make. The “words of wisdom” have developed from conversations with clients over many years. The resources are not information heavy; they are quick, light, and entertaining. Everyone learns something different. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest.

Each topic starts with a journal entry describing common difficulties clients encounter. If the journal entry and reflection questions do not resonate with you, please skip the topic.

The resources provide background information and tools, so your appointment time can be spent creating an individualized plan.

If you identify several changes you would like to make, choose a few to start. You don’t need to make every change. There’s no need to be perfect! Even a small shift in how you manage food sensitivity fears and frustrations can substantially improve your quality of life. Also, one change can be the catalyst for several changes. For example, less internet research leads to fewer haphazard treatment changes and more time to do the things you enjoy!
